Amira, perawat di sebuah rumah sakit di Jakarta, harus merawat ibunya yang menderita stroke. Kondisi ibu Amira memburuk dan meninggal dunia. Sebelum meninggal ibu meminta Amira untuk mencari adiknya, Irin, yang sudah lama pergi ke Hong Kong menjadi TKW. Amira pun berangkat ke Hong Kong mencari adiknya. Di Hong Kong Amira mendapat info bahwa ada seorang makelar TKW bernama Sunny Pang yang mengetahui keberadaan Irin. Tetapi Amira tidak tahu bahwa Sunny adalah anggota mafia yang memang mengincar wanita-wanita asing untuk diculik dan dijadikan pelacur. Bukannya dipertemukan dengan Irin, Sunny malah menyiksa dan memperkosa Amira. Bukan itu saja, Amira juga disekap oleh anak buah Sunny yang juga orang Indonesia, yaitu Zack dan Daud. Tetapi Amira berhasil lolos dan melarikan diri.

Amira tidak punya lagi semangat hidup. Beruntung Amira bertemu dengan Denny, anggota LSM yang sering membantu orang Indonesia yang sedang musibah atau kena masalah di Hong Kong. Pelan-pelan Denny berhasil mengembalikan semangat hidup Amira. Lewat Denny pula, Amira mendapat info tentang Irin. Irin ternyata juga sempat menjadi korban kelompok mafia Sunny. Irin sempat disekap oleh Zack dan Daud, tetapi untungnya Irin berhasil melarikan diri, dan bahkan dengan bantuan LSM Denny, Irin sudah berhasil dipulangkan ke Indonesia. Amira pun lega, tapi masalah belum selesai, Zack dan Daud terus mencari Amira. Saat menemukan Amira, tanpa ragu mereka menghabisi Denny. Amira selamat, tetapi juga membangkitkan amarahnya. Ia mendatangi sarang Zack dan Daud dan membunuh mereka berdua. Amira juga membuntuti Sunny dan membunuhnya juga.

Amira pulang ke Indonesia dan bisa bertemu lagi dengan adiknya, Irin. Saat semuanya terlihat sudah aman dan selesai, ternyata masih ada bahaya yang mengancam keselamatan mereka berdua.
